Rates & Insurance

Consultation: I offer free 20-minute phone consultations to connect, discuss your needs, and see if we’re a good fit.

Session fee: My rate for a 50-minute therapy session is $185.

Reduced-Rate Options: I reserve a limited number of reduced-rate spots to make therapy more accessible. If cost is a barrier, feel free to ask about current availability.

Superbills: I qualify as an out-of-network provider for most major insurance plans. If you’re paying privately, I can provide a monthly statement called a “superbill,” that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Coverage: Insurance plans vary, so I encourage you to check directly with your carrier regarding your benefits, out-of-network reimbursement rates, and any deductibles that may apply.

Accepted Insurance Plans:

  • Aetna

  • Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)

  • Providence Health Plan

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE

As part of the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of your therapy.

This estimate outlines the expected charges for services if you don’t have insurance or are choosing not to use it, so you know what to expect before we begin.

You can request a Good Faith Estimate at any time before starting or during treatment.

If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge. Be sure to save a copy of your estimate for your records.
