Rates

I offer free 15-30 minute phone consultations to connect, discuss your needs, and see if we’re a good fit.

Individual therapy sessions are on a sliding scale of $145–$185 per session.

I also offer a limited number of reduced-rate spots to make therapy more accessible. Please inquire if interested.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice; a late fee applies for late cancellations or no-shows.

Insurance

I’m in-network with the following insurance plans through a partnership with Headway:

  • Aetna

  • Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon (BCBS)

I also qualify as an out-of-network provider for most other major insurance carriers.

If you’re using private pay, I’m happy to provide a monthly statement called a “superbill,” which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Insurance plans vary, so I encourage you to check directly with your carrier about their coverage and reimbursement processes.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE

As part of the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of your therapy.

This estimate outlines the expected charges for services if you don’t have insurance or are choosing not to use it, so you know what to expect before we begin.

You can request a Good Faith Estimate at any time before starting or during treatment.

If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge. Be sure to save a copy of your estimate for your records.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
